We offer support and fund research to improve the lives of those with PSP/CBD

Story

Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) is a Parkinson's-like neurological condition caused by the premature loss of nerve cells in certain parts of the brain.  Over time this leads to difficulties with balance, movement, vision, speech and swallowing.

The PSP Association provides support and information to people living with PSP whilst also funding research into treatments and ultimately a cure, to this cruel disease.  The Association aims to improve the lives of everyone affected with PSP and relies entirely on voluntary donations.

The marathon training alone is going to be an incredibly difficult challenge for me.  Although I have run marathons in the past, this was a number of years ago and before having a family.  This being said, I am sure raising money for such a valuable cause will help me through the bleak winter training.

Thank you for vising my Just Giving page.
