As you all know, I am not the fittest or the fastest, but I am taking part in this virtual race to complete 100 miles over the month of September to raise money for a fantastic charity. I hope to run most of this but may also top up with cycles, walks or crawls! 

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service Family Support Trust is the oldest Fire and Rescue charity in the UK, and exists for the benefit of Fire Service personnel, as well as retired members and their families.  

I'd love to help such a great charity that help support Firefighters who are always there to help us.
