CAUSE has a vision of a society in Northern Ireland which recognises, respects, values and actively supports the central role of families, partners and friends who care for loved ones who have experienced serious mental illness.

By staying sober for the month of October, and NOT drinking any wine at all (eeekkk!!), I hope to encourage all those who know me to dig deep into their pockets and donate to CAUSE.
