As a team of us are taking on the 3 Peak Challenge to help tackle depression and raise awareness to the help thats out there.
Everyone knows someone who has been affected by some sort of depression but not everyone knows where and how to get help.
Every donation will be doubled as Branas isaf will match your donation. If you can share this post to raise awareness of this great charity, even if your not able to donate this would be much appreciated. IT COULD SAVE SOMEONES LIFE!!
Our friend James sadly took his own life after a battle with depression. Life had become difficult for James and despite having an amazing network of family, friends and work collegues he perhaps felt he couldnt talk to anyone.
This is why we'd like to raise awareness for CALM so that others who find themselves in need might know where to turn. If we can help just one person then its all worth it.

We are not experianced walkers but with this challenge we will take blisters, smash through the walls, push our limits and share our memories of James (thats if any of us can speak while we are walking.) and finish the challenge in under 24 hours.
