I answered an advert 4 months ago asking for volunteers to go out cycling with the guys who are residents of Sennen Cottage - a  Hope4Havering rehabilitation home for those recovering from alcohol & drug addictions.  At the beginning of this year we were all novices on bad bikes but then along came Tony, a "professional cyclist" who has transformed us into a proper cycling team! He has been working us all very hard with our aim to complete this 50 mile ride.  Cycling has got the guys focused on getting fit and healthy and who know where it can lead them - move over Bradley Wiggins!
