Last year I did a skydive to raise money for the MS centre, so this year to top that and hopefully raise even more money, I'm going to be cycling to Paris from London in September 2017. 

My Grandad Graham has had MS for 26 years and this is a disease that is not curable. It can affect your brain, spinal cord and optic nerves and therefore can affect your muscle control, balance and vision, as well as other body functions. This centre helps to manage your condition of MS with physio, pressure and oxygen tanks and you can go to get advice and meet others with the same or similar condition. Although my Grandad still struggles from MS and can't get over to the centre as often as he previously did, he received incredible help from the centre, but they do not receive statutory funding and have to raise £350,000 every year to be able to provide these services and help, and so I'm doing this cycle as a way to thank them for what they do and to help contribute to the funds they need to raise.
