We cycled the length of England; Lizard Point to Marshall Meadows Bay.  That's approximately 662 miles in just over two weeks!  Why?  (Yes, we kept asking ourselves the same question!)...

Aside from the personal challenge, we're raising money for Mind, to help support and promote their research and work into Ecotherapy.

We are passionate about the benefits everyone can gain from time outdoors but especially those with mental health problems and particularly depression, an issue with which we have a close connection.

We all know what a simple breath of fresh air can do to clear the mind and Ecotherapy takes this further; a cost-effective, accessible and inclusive way to improve mental and physical wellbeing by supporting people to be active in the great outdoors.

We wanted to raise a pound for every mile we cycled (and were astounded at the generous response we had) and every penny you donated helped spur us on and will go towards helping others to motivate themselves and make the most of the free medicine available on everyone's doorstep!
