I decided I needed to lose 100lbs of  weight, that's 7stone 2 or 45Kgs and to motivate me I want to raise some money for Xmas for people who don't have enough to eat and not people like me who just are eating less !

Currently I have lost 69lbs with 31 more needed my Xmas !

There will obviously be a forfeit to be paid to my friends and colleagues should I not make the target !

So please contribute a little for some people who need a lot !
