As Captain of Radcliffe on Trent Golf Club, my chosen charity is the Nottingham Hospice which provides much needed care to adults with any life limiting illness.

I intend to cycle, with my brother, from my old golf club, Blundells Hill in Merseyside, to Radcliffe on Trent Golf Club.

This trip for me will be a gruelling 120 miles as I have not cycled more than 5 miles in the last 50 years and I hope to raise a substantial amount of money to compensate for the pain I will, no doubt, experience!
