Story
I've turned 40 I've run, swam and cycled all I can and this is my reflections
Sunday I will do my tri 6.40am. I can say when I swim I will be thinking there is something in the water going to eat me, when I cycle I will be thinking "I can get in front of him, him, her, then after 25k I will start to think about my cousin that died last decmeber due to addiction problems. Then has I run I will think of to many people that we have lost in the drop in but then I will push for the end.
We always push for the end because when we push it makes a difference to the ones that are being saved. I know these things about me tri because it has been this way all year when I train and it will be more then a physical thing for me
There no expectation just tell your friends the would is getting better one by one and we are giving our all
Thank you so much to all that have given.
