As you all know a while back I made a  commitment to go dry for January and to loose 2 stone by March 1st

well here I am true to my word and have even vowed to extend my abstinence from alcohol to the end of February in order to help with my weight loss goal and to achieve the highest possible level of donations for this brilliant charity.

I have chosen the above charity as it is close to my heart as you all know my eldest grandson suffers from Cerebral palsy and to be able to help the charities that support people with the condition would mean the world so please dig deep and help me achieve my target of £250.
