I will be running the Manchester 10K on the 19th May in remembrance of a close friend and for a great charity' Bowel Disease UK' who raise much needed and vital funds for direct research into IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) and Bowel Cancer at St George's University Hospital and other leading hospitals and research centres around the world.
