I would like to help raise awareness and funds for Age UK Isle of Wight. On Saturday 5th June 2021, I will take on a 100 metre descent down the side of Portsmouth's iconic landmark Spinnaker Tower!

I have also set myself a Running Goal -
to Run from Freshwater Bay to the Tennyson Monument 10 times.
The total distance is about 30 miles, with total ascent about 1400 m.
I aim to space out the runs, with rest days in between, and complete the goal within a 3-week period.

Age UK IOW is dedicated to making sure no-one spends later life feeling alone, and works to make sure older people aren't forgotten or left to struggle. Whatever is raised here will benefit vulnerable older people.

I started volunteering for Age UK in 2015, driving people to their hospital appointments, and helping some to fill in their “Blue Badge” and “Attendance Allowance” forms.
