Exercise is so important for both physical and mental wellbeing and should be accessible for everyone. Unfortunately, when you are living in clothing poverty, even 'free' outdoor activities such as walking and running and joining inclusive events such as parkrun are not possible when you cannot afford even a basic pair of trainers or some jogging bottoms and a t-shirt to wear. Sharewear see all too often how transformative having the right clothing can be to the lives of their service users and I want to ensure that none of the people they help have #noWeartoRun.
