I have been involved with the More To Life Programme for 22 years, mostly as a volunteer but also as a Senior Trainer, delivering transformational trainings to the public on 4 continents. This programme, more than any other I know of, offers life changing skills to adults of all ages and all walks of life - skills that teach us to uncover our deepest human potential, and that give us the courage to take a stand for change in the world. In the face of current circumstances in our world, what this Programme teaches is more relevant than it's ever been.
