In 2009 my lovely Dad used the services of Iain Rennie Hospice at home as it was then, when he was diagnosed with secondary bone cancer. We only used this service for less than a week, but a week that was made bearable only by the support we received from them

This year I celebrated my 50th birthday and set myself some challenges to run 5 10k and 10 5k runs (only one more 10k to go!!🏃🏼‍♀️) I joined St Albans Striders and have really caught the running bug!!

Every April I either hear of people running or catch glimpses of the London Marathon and say I’d love to run that!!

Well I’m doing it in 2019 !! what better way to mark my lovely Dads 10th Anniversary to do something I love to remember someone I love and to raise as much money as I can
