We are a team of 15 women from Card Factory, 'Girls with Gears', who have decided to cycle from Milan to Venice to raise money for three women's cancer charities: Breast Cancer Care, Jo's Cervical Trust and Ovarian Cancer Action.

Our CEO, Karen Hubbard, introduced the cycle challenge to the business and soon enough 14 more of us joined the team.

We all have our reasons for wanting to take part in the challenge and fundraise for these three amazing women's cancer charities. Some of us are quite keen cyclists, some of us have cycled in the past and are looking forward to getting back in the saddle and some of us might not have been on a bike since childhood...!

Either way, we are passionate and determined and hope to raise lots to help support the amazing work these charities do.
