I’m returning for my second year at Kapow, this year accompanied by some awesome friends from Strong101 who are going to drag me round.  Sadly Skeletor will not be in attendance, although I hear he will be returning next year! Anyone who knows me knows how much I hate running and this year I’ll be somewhat delicate from the day before so please dig deep and make my discomfort worth it!!!

Having volunteered at the RSPCA Leeds and Wakefield branch for some time now, I know how much difference even small donations can make to all the animals being cared for and rehabilitated there. Please help us to help them.
