Unfortunately due to COVID19, my 100km walk has been postponed until next year. So instead of that, I am aiming to run 100km during July, by running every day.

At the end of July, I will be walking 100km (66 miles) in two days from the North Coast of Somerset, to the South Coast of Devon to raise funds for The Sam West Foundation.

Sam was 14 when he was diagnosed with clinical depression, and tragically took his own life at the age of just 15. I knew Sam when he was a toddler, and he was a classmate of my daughter, and his death had a deep and long lasting effect on all of those who knew him. His parents set up the Foundation in memory of Sam to help other children, young adults, and their families affected by mental health issues.
