Both in our 90's we (Angela and Martin) need to "get out and about", as advised by our GP!  Especially as Martin has recently had open heart surgery!  Our aim is  a daily 1 hour (of permitted daily exercise) doing a fast trot around a 3 km circuit for 2 months. So we are ready to go, keeping all safety guidelines in mind, but wanting to do something for all wildlife, which we remain passionate about.
