In 2013 a team from the charity Prospects successfully supported two people with learning disabilities to reach the summit of Snowdon and fulfil their dreams. Then the challenge came, if those two can reach the summit, why not more - we all have dreams! 

So, on Saturday 13th September 2014, I am joining a team of care workers and friends to take a group of people with learning disabilities on a trek to to reach the summit of Snowdon to help some very vulnerable people to live their dream and raise funds for the charity.
