My family we have gone through some horrendous times, including heart attacks, cancer and brain tumors but through it all we have found that the small things that relieve the stress and raise a smile are what get you through the darkest times.

So I am skydiving, completing the Gung Ho! Obstable race and running the Great Manchester 10k in aid of Sound Sense to raise some much needed funds to help their great work in providing respite to those going through the worst of times.
