Depression doesn't discriminate. We all need a helping hand and can be struck by dark days. After 18 months in lockdown, more than ever, people will need support and help. As a small community-based in Dumfries and Galloway, we know how much support we have all needed and can only imagine the number of people still struggling. 

We as a team will be cycling, walking and swimming our way through June in a bid to hit our 1000 mile target to raise money to support some of those people.
