Thanks for taking the time to visit our Greenshoots & Minibus Appeal page.

Our minibus is 11 years old, wasn't new when it came to us and is now showing its age.  It is now costing money on a regular basis to keep it running, so we need to buy a new one!

We use our minibus every day to transport students to and from Greenshoots, so they may take part in horticultural activities there. We do not charge students for this. Many of our students live in the Reading area and would not be able to access Greenshoots without this service.  They arrive at our Caversham site, either by Reading Transport, or arranged transport, to catch the minibus each morning. 

We also need funds to pay for the polytunnel at Greenshoots to be re-skinned. This is a necessity and not cheap!

Without donations we will not be able to buy a minibus and the re-skinning of the polytunnel will have to wait.  Please donate if you can. We are very grateful for your support.
