In 2019 I completely surprised myself and completed the Manchester 10k with passing out or collapsing 😂 Managing to raise the best part of a grand for a fantastic charity. 

The manchester 10k has finally been rearranged after the madness of last year and once again I’ll be taking my fat arse on a run.

Again, I’m doing it in the memory of one of my oldest and best friends Ian Walsh. I’m sure he would of been as surprised as me that this fat kid completed a 10k run. Doing it again means that I can again raise money for a fantastic charity and it means that Ian will again being in everyone’s thoughts every time they see me post about about this run. 

Ian was a massive Bolton Wanders fan and I can’t fucking stand them. But if I raise £500 this year I’ll do the run in a full Bolton Wanderers kit. Shirt, shorts and socks. A proper full kit wanker. In probably the worst kit known to man. 

All money raised will go to MhIST.
