In honor of our 30th Anniversary DDS is hoping to raise $30,000 through the Cold for a Cause Campaign. Polar Bears and Teams can get a head start on fundraising by using our event website to spread the word and to collect pledges.

Story

I have been doing annual charity events for years.  Whether it's jumping in freezing water or running via the Polar Bear or  Penguin Plunges, or Speedo Races, you name it, I've done it.   DDS, the Humane League, Special Olympics, local fire rescue companies, etc. I have a big heart and want to support and give back to the charities that help in my community.

About the charity

DDS serves approximately 300 individuals from infancy through adulthood each year. We provide Early Intervention, Supported Competitive Employment, In-Home & Community, Companion and Respite Services, Advocacy program funded by the Pennsylvania Elks along with various enrichment activities.
