Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. On the 21st of November we will be having a go at another wee running challenge. It's a well known format known as the Yeti.

We will run for 5 miles, every 4 hours for 24 hours so a total of 30 miles. It's a distance Greig has done before but not in this way, with disrupted sleep making it a certain challenge! An even bigger challenge awaits for Lyndsey who will be reaching new distances within the 24 hour period! 

If anyone would like to make a small donation to Forth One's Cash for Kids to support the event it would be hugely appreciated. For reasons we are all aware of, we suspect this will be a much harder Christmas for many and this charity has done amazing work for several years to help local kids and their families.
