Here we are once again... shaving my legs and shoe-horning myself in to padded lycra cycling shorts in preparation for 230 miles of sheer graft. Last year we pedalled as far as Paris - this year it is an extra day in the saddle to Brussels. I am really grateful for all the support I have had in the past and would really appreciate any money you can spare towards my total this time around.
