This is the 3 Annual SRM cycle ride I have had the pleasure in helping to organise. The ride are Challenging and fun for all.

This year the route is set to help celebrate the 150 year SRM have been in business. So we are passing things we have built and popping into colleagues on route for refreshments.

We are also taking the opportunity to raise awareness and funds for Maggie Centres. Maggies Centres support Cancer patients and their families in a way the NHS can't. At SRM we have and are building more Maggies Centres so they can carry out their great work.

My mother passed with cancer with no such centres to help her or us. Currently a great friend of mine has a terminal brain tumour. He has fought well but has 2 to 8 weeks to live. Sadly he does no live near a Maggies Centre which is a crying shame.

In our previous cycle we have visited a number of Maggies Centres across the country and seen the good work they do. So all I can say is,  its is a great cause worth your support if you can so please do.
