Sense is a UK charity that supports children and adults with complex disabilities, including those who are deaf-blind. Many of these individuals face communication needs. They struggle to be understood, connected and valued. 

As moms, we understand the need for children and adults to be heard, to be loved, to feel appreciated and to be accepted. Sense is there for every child or adult who faces communication barriers because of their disability. 

As moms, we understand how hard it is for children to communicate, especially if they have special needs getting in the way. In a world that relies on being able to see and hear well to be connected, Sense helps individuals overcome that obstacle. 

As moms who run, we use our senses to hear the world around us and see the challenges on the road ahead of us. We understand how important these senses are. That's why we are thrilled to run the London Marathon with Team Sense. Please join us in supporting this wonderful organization.
