Chris's House is a local 'Centre for Help, Response and Intervention Surrounding Suicide'. They provide trained volunteers to offer one to one therapy and intervention sessions and help tackle the many myths surrounding mental health and suicide.

We will be climbing the three tallest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales; Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowden within 24 hours on the 5th of September to raise money for this amazing cause. Anything you can give will help us reach our target and support Chris's House and the many people who they lend a helping hand to.
