Story
For many Trinity Arts is an unique arts space, for some it's a sanctuary - a way to escape complex problems at home, a place - perhaps the only place - to belong. Being able to express yourself, being able to develop creative talents and use these means to develop confidence and other life skills is a life line for many of the young people, community groups and artists who discover Trinity. The space and ambience is accessible to all; the team is incredibly committed, open and supportive... these are just a few of the special ingredients which make Trinity unique.
For many of the young people and vulnerable individuals, taking the first step is the hardest. So I want to take a few steps for them, and will be climbing Ben Nevis! Am I prepared - "no!" Am I scared - "yes!!!" More than heights, I'm scared of failure. I am scared of letting myself and others down. But we've all got our own mountains to climb. Having friends, family and a support network around me - those encouraging voices in my head, of people who believe in me, will make all the difference, even when I can't see the top!
I want others to hear those encouraging voices too, and by this to secure the future of Trinity Arts' work!
I hope that you will support Trinity's journey and sponsor my climb.
Your donations will go towards the young people's training initiative and building reformations which are critical to providing services and this unique space. With your support in my rucksack, failure feels less likely.
Thank you!
