Friends and Family, I’ve decided to ‘run for a cause’, raise some money, support a friend, and tell you a story in the process! 

The charity is The Not Forgotton; the number is £10k; my friend is @Cayle Royce; and over the next few months I'll be giving you my perspective of his incredible story of trauma in Afghanistan, recovery, and his amazing adventures since.
