Hassan Hayatt is a young man with Alstrom Syndrome, a rare genetic condition.

He is cycling from Brugges to Amsterdam between August 13 - 16 to raise money for AS UK and to show people that having Alstrom Syndrome doesn't stop you from doing the things you love. 

This is a 140 mile bike ride over three days on a tandem and will be physically challenging but fun. 

Hassan is doing the trip with friends he has made at the University of Bradford Union of Students who have run a number of inclusive activities.
