Story
For all Jewish simchas (celebrations) it is a mitzvah (commandment/good deed) to give back to the larger community. Animals are my friends and I want to do all I can to care for them.
For my Bat Mitzvah project I’ve decided to support the work of Angell Animal Medical Center and Adoption Center in Jamaica Plain, MA because they’ve been great about caring for our pets over the years and I plan to volunteer there once they are allowing in person volunteers again. For those in the Boston Area, I’m also collecting items for shelter animals that I will deliver to Angell.
I’m hoping you can make a donation in celebration of my Bat Mitzvah. Please help me help them by giving whatever you can. The more people that know about the MSPCA-Angell, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family. Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot!
