Hello all my wonderful family, friends, friends of friends and colleagues. This year my friend Natasha and I are individually going to complete a tandem skydive 🪂  from 15,000 feet  🫣to raise funds 💴 for this amazing charity - Caring Breaks! 

Last year Cavehill30 raised an amazing amount of £2612 and this year we would love to top that! Your generous support enabled Caring Breaks to continue to provide essential respite breaks to our family carers and clients. These respite breaks are even more vital after the last two turbulent years dealing with covid and are a lifeline to all our families.
