UPDATE 29/4/2021: The pandemic has been a difficult time for all. We have some good news though, we are very happy to announce that we have rebooked our skydive for 13th June 2021! Freddy, Lewis and I are looking forward to fiiinally doing the jump, (originally booked for August 2019, but had been postponed due to weather, then the pandemic ....).
UPDATE 20/3/2020: I want to reassure those who have kindly sponsored us, that we are not giving in, and will rebook as soon as it is safe to. It's just all a bit up in the air at the moment! :)😁
We continue to support our Headway members at this time of upheaval due to the spread of the Corona virus. Headway East London is amazing, we are making major adjustments to carry on supporting Headway members and their families who have been affected by acquired brain injuries, from a far. We are continuously working on creative ideas of how to stay connected, provide home based activities, support mental health, deliver food and medicines and spread cheer where ever possible during this very confusing and difficult time. I am so very proud to be working within such a marvellous charitable organisation, and I feel very lucky to have the work, as I am aware this is something that is not possible for so many people around the world at the moment. Thanks again for all those who have kindly donated so far. If you are able to, any further donations would be highly appreciated. Take care everyone, from a distance! xx
EEEK!!! We are braving a skydive at the Headcorn Aerodrome to raise money for Headway East London! Our team is made up of Headway staff and brain injury survivors who attend the Day Service there and receive support work.

We want to support Headway because it is a great charity which has made an amazing difference to many people’s lives affected by brain injury, including both Freddy and Lewis who are daring Headway members doing the jump themselves!! We would like to be able to raise money to ensure that Headway East London can continue to grow, supporting those involved and reaching out to others in need.
