I have trained (hard never again!) and will run the London Marathon for a fantastic charity I have long been associated with The Gentlemans  Night Out.

This charity carries no overheads all money goes to great local causes, including sending terminally ill children on holiday with there families and supporting disabled children and adults into sporting activities.
