In the past few years I have rediscovered hiking and discovered running!! The benefits I have felt both physically but more so mentally have been life changing. Obviously I was going to jump at a chance to trek to Everest Base Camp but when the opportunity arose to do it for such an amazing charity I jumped straight in!! I’m going to be doing a Marathon (either Brighton or London)  a few weeks after my return so I’m tagging this one on too!! Double whammy 😳 

Climb Your Mountain really is a lovely charity enabling youngsters with disabilities to experience adventure and freedom in the great outdoors 💚
