Another year, another set of physical challenges!

This year I'm going to be

Running - Rat Race - 20 mile obstacle course in May

               - Tough Mudder - 12 mile obstacle course in May

               - Run Norwich - 10km in August

               - Spartan Trifecta - Sprint 5km, Super         

                 12km, Beast 18km in September

               - Steeplechase - 10km in October

Walking - National Three Peaks Challenge in June

Resting - the rest of the year!!!

Why am I doing this???

It's not just the physical challenge, it's also the opportunity to raise money for a great local charity  - Age UK Norwich.

Too often older people get over looked and without charities like Age UK, life would be incredibly bleak and lonely for far too many.

The money raised goes towards making life the best it can be for the older people in Norwich. Providing services which offer advice, information and welfare support; helping to keep people active and healthy through social activities and clubs; tackling loneliness; providing support to carers; raising awareness and supporting people living with dementia.
