In December 2018 I ran my first 5K having completed the fantastic Zero to Hero beginners course. I decided I need a new challenge for 2019 to motivate me to keep running and have signed up to do the Vitality 10000 in London on 27th May! 

I will be running for Bromley Brighter Beginnings, an amazing charity,  run by volunteers in Bromley who support local families and children in financial need. Much of the vital work BBB do supports women and their children in refuges in the borough, many of whom are fleeing domestic violence. Your donations will go directly to fund:

Newborn packs providing essential items for pregnant women unable to afford basic items for their new babies.

The 'A bed for Every Child' project which aims to provide all children in Bromley with their own bed to sleep in. They also provide babies with new mattresses for the cots they supply.
