I am a volunteer first aider for the Warrington Wolves PDRL (Physical Disability Rugby League) team, one of the amazing community initiatives run by the Warrington Wolves Charitable Foundation. They quite literally change lives through sport in the Warrington area, across all age groups and all demographics.

Their Director should have been running the London Marathon this year, to help plug this gap in funding, we’ve decided to get as many of the volunteers and players involved in the 2.6 challenge. My challenge will be to cycle 26 miles, the length of the London Marathon and time raise a minimum of £26 in doing so. I will do this over 24 hours due to lockdown exercise restrictions, and the fact I have a dodgy knee!
