Well this is the year of the big 40, so what better way to celebrate than to climb out of a building 100 metres above ground attached only to a rope and head downwards!

I will admit every time I think of this event or see a photo of the tower my tummy does little backflips and I start to wonder why I'm doing this.....

....so I have decided to raise money for a fantastic local charity which Geoff and I both support through work and in our spare time.

Torbay Holiday Helpers Network (THHN) provide  free fun filled holidays, to families who have seriously ill children, families who are recently bereaved - having lost a child or parent and to families who have a terminally ill parent.

It would mean a great deal to me if you would sponsor me... every single pound will help me get out that door and down to the ground whilst also providing families to make amazing memories they will keep forever.

Also if anyone wants to meet me at ground level after I'll be heading for the nearest pub!
