My name is Halle and I am nearly 7 years old. I was born with a special heart, it has a hole in it but it is magic and is healing itself. I am very lucky because I have never been poorly with my heart but some people are not so lucky and can be very poorly with heart problems. 

In the summer holidays I am going to walk up Snowdon (it is the highest mountain in Wales) to raise money for a charity called 'Children's heart association' to help children and their families with special hearts like me that may need operations and medicines. 

I am very nervous and excited
