Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. I would really appreciate your support for my 10k run on October 4th. I know it's not a marathon, but this will be a challenge for me, I've not run a 10k for a few years now.

I'm running for Bournemouth YMCA as they are incredibly important to people of all faiths (or none) and are often a lifeline for young vulnerable and homeless people.
