On 15 October I will be running the Ladybower Half Marathon on behalf of the Bearded Fishermen Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Charity. 

The Bearded Fishermen are an incredible charity based in Gainsborough (Lincolnshire) that literally do lifesaving work everyday and have directly helped over 6000 people since they were set up in 2019.
