For those that have followed my running and mud adventures over the years...here it is ...the big one. For the first time I am going to be tackling a half marathon!!!! Nervous and excited does not cover it. 

But not only am I hopefully going to run most of the half marathon but I'm running it for a very special charity.

Integrating Children is a charity very close to my heart. They are based in my hometown of County Durham and their aim is to give parents of disabled children respite by taking the children to a number of activities from swimming to the cinema, keeping them entertained with lots of fun things to do. During lockdown they even did weekly quizzes and a disco on zoom! I worked for this charity when I was younger so know first hand how vital and amazing their work is.
