1 in 4 women will experience domestic violence at some point in their lives. Walk4 is a fantastic new 10km walk from Refuge that aims to highlight the shocking statistic whilst raising money for their vital work.

I will cross four of London's most iconic bridges including: Tower Bridge, Southwark Bridge, Millennium Bridge and Westminster Bridge. The money I raise and the money you kindly donate will enable Refuge to provide vital services that will keep women and children safe, whilst working with them to rebuild their lives, free from violence and fear.

What better reason is there to fundraise for such a fantastic cause!
