It has been an incredibly difficult year for most people, although I can imagine, extremely challenging for Carers who found themselves completely isolated overnight. I was fortunate enough to be able to support our amazing charity, Carers Trust during lockdown 1. I knocked on many doors delivering PPE for Carers and listened to many desperate stories, then returned home feeling incredibly sad and grateful.

This is, without a doubt, my biggest challenge yet. Please don’t sponsor me if you are expecting a Mo Farah performance but do sponsor me if you believe that my determination will get me over the finish line.

I am an incredibly lucky individual and if I can just do a little to help others care for their loved ones then that’s enough for me.
