Endeavour is a small charity working with young people who are disadvantaged and/or disengaged from society. They offer educational, personal development and social action programmes to ensure their beneficiaries can improve their lives. Their programmes include elements of outdoor challenge activities, creative activities, classroom based learning and experiential learning.

After taking part in a social responsibility afternoon with Endeavour in August 2016 we were all inspired to take part in their Team Triathlon Challenge. The purpose of the event is to raise funds for Endeavour and to support the amazing and rewarding work they do with young people. The event involves a 750m swim, 25km cycle and a 10km run!
